This is a very useful app that every resident should have. I used it to report roadkill after hours. The app allows you to drop a pin at the exact location.

The app makes it easier to communicate with Durham Govt. I would recommend the app be changed to allow me to store account numbers, such as my water account number, and my name, address, and telephone number because it is a pain to re-enter these every time I need to send a request such as a missed waste collection.

Used to work helpfully, but today I went to try to submit an issue and the app immediately opens to "oops something went wrong". No updates pending. Can you all fix or update this please?

Will not let me sign in. Says the email account is not verified and to check my email. I have signed in several times before and there is nothing to verify the account in my email.
