Let me be the first to call out this app as useless. The registration process is more complicated than signing up for a government program. There is no employee/employer IDs on the website, and the group and member ID do not seem to be a match. Why would they need your debit card number, ID numbers, username and password for this app when I already have one for the website, or it's on file. Waste of time when website works fine, and I still haven't been able to register. HR was also no help.

First of all, you can't put an icon on your phone with this app. Second of all, it gives you this really super tiny print that you can't see. You can't enlarge it. So I try to take a screenshot of it, so I can enlarge it to be able to read it, and it won't allow me to. It says it's a security issue. This app is useless

the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
