UI has a scheduling trap. The date you select yourself but the time slots are pre-selected for you with the nearest time and is easy to miss that you need to change it. Then it is impossible to change it after that (even for the extra price shown) because it is < 3 hr before the time of the start, when you order for today. The way it should have been: The time should not be preselected and set to blank, so the user explicitly has to select it during the booking.
