App has been great to me, no issues making any purchases and showing my ticket to anyone asking for it is easy. The thing I would improve is having some real time tracking of how the train is traveling like a ride-share or food delivery has of how far/close the driver is and where it is on the map.

Wish the purchased tickets were show in a condensed format. There is no counter either for remaining purchased tickets.

Overall, it's useful for tickets, but the fact the tracking tab opens in a browser feels clunky. My biggest issue is the fact that the app automatically puts my screen to maximum brightness when my activated mobile ticket is displayed. I've seen people with an iPhone that don't have this problem, just android. There's no way to turn down the brightness while the activated ticket is on the display forcing me to blind every fare inspector. I wrote customer service an email on 10/24...no response.

Can't log in even though my credentials are perfectly correct. Great guys. I have no way of buying a ticket for my train this morning. Killer job on this trash app. At least let us buy them on the website still.

Garbage. Says browser is up-to-date and doesn't list all the stations in the area where you purchase tickets.
