Poor app, doesn't even let me log in fails to show keyboard. Acko is ruining its brand name by deploying an app with zero testing on play store

Relationship manager of sales department was very active, once I made the payment than the laziness started from the other team. I have not received any call from dealer and I cannot see the dealer information too. Whenever you call them they will say will arrange a callback and no resolution from there side.

Worst service, they follow up very well once booked, if you cancel your booking then the problem starts, no follow up, delay in refund, it's been one month I haven't got my booking amount which is supposed to be refunded within 7 working days 😡
