Herons are my local swim and gym exercise place to go, booking online is convenient and easy, staff, trainers and lifeguards are friendly and knowledgeable, the place is well-kept and clean. No I don't work there, but work out there.

The app asks you to log in to book but gives you no option of signing up to make an account anywhere in the app. Making is useless unless you already have an account.

It does not download properly - tried from Google store but screen not at all like shows - just a different front screen and limited toolbox. Had to search for center does not find Heron Herne Bay - but search Canterbury brings up Kings mead, and Whistable. So I went to link for Heron which took me to facebook where it shows a spurious link to copy/past or scan QR code assuming it would load the Heron version - but same as before - blank screens - account log in just gave blank screen
