It's a good app once you get in and get started, I had a few problems initially. I wish it would tell you the instructor names on the classes too, but other than that it seems ok, but it's early days.

Herons are my local swim and gym exercise place to go, booking online is convenient and easy, staff, trainers and lifeguards are friendly and knowledgeable, the place is well-kept and clean. No I don't work there, but work out there.

Easy to find your favorite site, easy to book online too. Wish we could still be able to book on a waiting list for the favorite workout on your favorite day.

Very easy to use. But I only ever use it to book aquaponics classes.

The app asks you to log in to book but gives you no option of signing up to make an account anywhere in the app. Making is useless unless you already have an account.

It does not download properly - tried from Google store but screen not at all like shows - just a different front screen and limited toolbox. Had to search for center does not find Heron Herne Bay - but search Canterbury brings up Kings mead, and Whistable. So I went to link for Heron which took me to facebook where it shows a spurious link to copy/past or scan QR code assuming it would load the Heron version - but same as before - blank screens - account log in just gave blank screen

No longer functional - no real explanation why (something about becoming fully independent?) - which would be fine except there is literally now no other way of viewing pool timetables other than driving down to the center and praying you can swim I suppose...

I have a member account, but I can't book classes bc it asks me to pay!

It might be useful if you could register on the app. Presumably I have to go somewhere else to create an account - but where? You really need to think about the user journey here
