Very easy to navigate, and I like how the options are clearly set out. The waiting class alerts are a great feature too.

I always find the staff very polite & Helpful and the 2 girls Julia & Rebecca who I see once a week are fabulous young women who really know their stuff and are really helpful and easy to interact with.

Easy to use the app to book onto courses. Also easy to cancel if you can't make it.

Easy to use and so helpful with booking and using facilities at the gym/pool

Booking portal unfit for purpose. Unable to block book lessons in advance. Unable to book an hour-long session but can book (and pay extra for) two half hour consecutive classes. The portal doesn't recognize when classes are not available, so you can book and pay for non-existent lessons and getting a refund is nigh on impossible. 3 weeks in I still haven't had a class or been refunded for half the classes that I paid for but which in reality weren't running. However, center staff are great 👍

Difficult to access the app at 0700 to book classes. Can be waiting up to 10 minutes to be able to book classes. Push notifications don't always alert you promptly, so you miss out on spaces in classes. The 0700 class release time is too early.

Installed to book exercise classes but unable to do this. Also, unable to book gym classes or check my bookings, so it is of no use to me
