Installed to book exercise classes but unable to do this. Also, unable to book gym classes or check my bookings, so it is of no use to me

Booking portal unfit for purpose. Unable to block book lessons in advance. Unable to book an hour-long session but can book (and pay extra for) two half hour consecutive classes. The portal doesn't recognize when classes are not available, so you can book and pay for non-existent lessons and getting a refund is nigh on impossible. 3 weeks in I still haven't had a class or been refunded for half the classes that I paid for but which in reality weren't running. However, center staff are great 👍
