Don't block Graphene OS. We are months ahead with the security patches. Don't succumb to Play Integrity theater. Graphene OS provides the AOSP attestation which you can use as a working alternative for Graphene OS users. There's no need to chastise a segment of your users/clients. Plus, I'd like to hide the chatbot floating button completely and have TOTP support.

Terrible app logic. It forces you to update personal data but the features are completely broken. For 3 years, it has sent me emails demanding my residence permit, yet there is no field to upload it in the data update manager. Even worse, the app demands an address confirmation but disables the "Confirm" button if your address hasn't changed. If you try to bypass this bug to submit your actual proof of address, they reject it for a "mismatch" and block your account! And the constant payment cras

The app is not working in my android phone for no specified reason. It just says that my device isn't within the manufacturer's definitions, and blocks my access. I checked that the device is certified in the Play Store. You should give guidelines to fix this.

Why insist on Play Store?! Those who want to protect their privacy avoid proprietary OS's such as those from Google and Samsung, and use cleaner OS's that don't come bundled with spyware - such as LineageOS. However, this app unnecessarily checks where it had been installed from, so if you install it from a completely legitimate source, such as Aurora Store, it blocks you from using it! And as ActivoBank's web interface is virtually unusable, what can you do other than to switch banks?

App doesn't allow turning off marketing and spam notifications. There is only an on/off switch for all notifications in a clear violation of user experience guidelines. This is malicious design, either by intent or incompetence

The UI looks alright, but it's not really usable because of a system pop-up saying "this app is not responding", appearing every few seconds (this is not an exaggeration). In reality, it's not freezing or anything; if I dismiss the pop-up (every few seconds), I can still perform all operations. Sony Xperia 10 V if that helps. I have the same problem with one other app only (government-issued).
