I have been using the AD NIC mobile application, so, and I am extremely satisfied with its performance. The app is user-friendly, with a smooth interface that makes navigation easy. It allows me to access my insurance details, submit claims, and track their status effortlessly. The digital policy access and quick approval process save a lot of time. Additionally, customer support is responsive and helpful. Overall, a highly efficient and convenient app for managing insurance services.

I have faced horrible and difficult claim process. I have to always speak between Adnic and the hospital for processing my claims.... I literally won't use Adnic services ever again.

Worst experience in 17 years shall never recommend this insurance company to anyone shall take up with my own company to change the insurance provider

Insurance offer & finalized Policy upon payment includes services for which retrospectively the coverage and reimbursement is denied. Policy restrictions were modified in the App when compared to the PDF policy and used as an excuse to repeatedly deny reimbursement of my claims! @all woman: note that maternity only applies to married woman within a certain age bracket (not stated in your offer or policy) and you might waste a lot of money on a useless insurance policy!
