It is more user-friendly than the old app. The first thing l tried was lab results. It shows you all the info without having to open each test and then find your spot in the results after closing that test because the app reverted back to the beginning of the results. L am still exploring and l don't think all the features will be available until May 30th when they officially switch over, but l think it's going to be great. L will be nice to be able to schedule appointments on the app again.

I absolutely do love the new Avera my chart app, it's so easy to use it's giving me all the information I need, it updates quickly, messaging is much easier and seeing what I have scheduled is quick and easy to find and easy to add to my own calendar with one click.

Frustrating notices about everything, even stuff that isn't true like my Tylenol "prescription" refill is late, when I only take OTC. It nags me to get a colonoscopy, and I'm 80! Screw that!!?

App is a pile of junk that hardly functions. Accidentally added my father as my mother in a relative who is/was diagnosed with cancer. Cannot delete it other than discarding changes. The moment you go back in, it's still there. I would care to post more criticism of it. But I've hit the character limit too many times doing it. Maybe one day it will be better, but considering how the implementation has gone. I highly doubt it.
