Like the others I did have a problem with setup. The app would find my device but not connect. The company immediately shipped me a new device, however, I tried the app with the original device again today a few days after my initial attempts and it worked seamlessly. App wise not a great experience to start, but honestly worth the wait and customer service did everything right. About the aera. It is great and scent at level 2 covers my whole downstairs. The scent is fresh and natural!

***1 Star Review Edit 6.10.21*** I used the chat on the Aera website and she was very helpful (and quick) getting the diffuser set up and working with the app. I'm not sure what she did differently, than what I did when I initially set it up, but it is working perfect as of right now. I recommend all the 1 star reviewers, unhappy with the app like I was, to try the Aera chat. If it keeps working as well as it has been the last 2 days, I will be ordering at least one other diffuser.

Can't sign in to my account, can't detect my device. Waste of money buying the smart Aera if you can't connect it to the app. I will not be buying more.

I can not even get my diffuser to connect to the app. I feel like I should have just gotten the manual diffuser for 50 dollars less!

I am STILL unable to connect my unit to the app. Only explanation I am given is support for newer android software doesn't always work. Contact my carrier like they have anything to do with wifi connections.
