Had to replace the top to my QAir Lite, but once I got a hold of someone via email, they were very helpful in troubleshooting then forwarding me to the proper department for top replacement. Now my app connects properly to device, and I'm able to use all the features via my phone.

I think iRobot has stopped supporting these. I now have 2 very expensive bricks, as they no longer communicate with the app.

It's slow, and I can't reset the filter status after changing both filters. The app says my hepa had 23% life left but the device itself said it needed to be changed. I can't reset the hepa life either. Won't even give me an option.

Getting "we are updating our servers" message for 2 months now when trying to log in. can't log into app. Must be logged in to use the app.

Doesn't send the PIN, so I cannot create an account and use the app. Absolutely useless.

This app is total garbage. I can't input the air purifier location, and it does not show AQI anymore after I replace the filter.
