I uploaded receipts multiple times and every time it declined, and I had to re-upload. Now months after a transaction they said I had uploaded a receipt from 6 months ago. The problem is they shut down my account, and I can't access the app. This used to be a good program but this past year is awful. I can't access the app.

It does not consistently work. It is currently not showing my FSA account when I log in, so I can't submit for reimbursement. It is only showing old disability accounts I used to have. When it is working, it fails half of the time when I submit it, so I have to redo the submission

This app it's constantly being revamped. Each time it's redone it gets worse, everything is rearranged and not user-friendly. The company itself is horrible. Even when you submit the proper documentations to get your reimbursement for your FSA, they still have a problem.

App rarely works correctly. Half the time can not get to my reimbursement accounts. When I can rarely allow me to submit claims. Cannot use my VPN if not at home meaning my information is exposed if I try to do anything away from home. Have nothing good to say about it.
