There's always been issues with this app, for yrs. Even with updates, things take forever & sometimes never load. Conveniently, it is usually the submit claim button, which is a way they don't have to pay you. Spent hours cumulatively with AF reps for one legitimate case where they let my policy lapse (NOT ME!) and they denied the claim every time despite verbally saying they would accept it. Everything requires receipts now. What else am I going to buy @"Dr. Jones, OD" except glasses 1x a yr.

It does not consistently work. It is currently not showing my FSA account when I log in, so I can't submit for reimbursement. It is only showing old disability accounts I used to have. When it is working, it fails half of the time when I submit it, so I have to redo the submission

App rarely works correctly. Half the time can not get to my reimbursement accounts. When I can rarely allow me to submit claims. Cannot use my VPN if not at home meaning my information is exposed if I try to do anything away from home. Have nothing good to say about it.
