5 stars for now because I have not had any of the login or crashing issues mentioned by other users (using Galaxy Note 20U). It works just fine for me: I put in the same credentials that I used for Navient and the app logged me in immediately and showed everything on my dashboard. Navigating the app and payment have gone very smoothly. I will report back if I have any problems.

Was just transferred here from Navient. This app is exactly the same as Navient's app, just a different corporate logo at the top. Former Navient customers should have no problem using this app. Everyone else, good luck!

Every time I open it says an unexpected error occurred and that I need to reopen the app. Worst app ever!!!! I miss Navient, at least their app worked

Cannot launch app. It crashes upon opening and won't even let me use it. Like others have said I was transferred from Fed Loan with no issues, and now can barely log into their website.

Finally, downloaded the app after my loans switched over. Anytime I open it it just says "Advantage" and doesn't do anything else, not even a log in prompt or anything. Tried going to the website and at least get a log in prompt but just get the spinning wheel of death when it tries to log me in.

Absolute garbage. How TF do they expect anyone to even pay their loan if their website AND app are completely inaccessible!? Fix your stuff, make it work, you A$$H0Lۤ.
