I was always able to buy my ticket through the Air coach app, which was easy and quick, but recently I'm getting this error message "there was an error, please check your connection" every time I try to use the app

Woeful, I get an error when trying to view my booking 'There was an error, please check your connection and try again'. I reinstalled but same thing. There is also no feature to track a bus which is frustrating when the bus hasn't turned up, and you're left waiting for the next one 40 mins later. Stressful when you have a plane to catch. Very poor app design and fraught with issues.

When booking card gets charged but error on app that says card has been charged but booking did not complete successfully. Pls try again.no email either being received with tickets so booked but error and no tickets but charged.
