The app is so easy to use & it's gives you updates for your pick-ups. The Hello to Go is such a good idea, makes it easy to get from point A to point B. The only downfall is you can't book farther than a week in advance, but this service has done me well, and I hope it never goes away.

"Service in High Demand" booking for 10:10pm on a Thursday evening or around that time slot. Tried so many times it locked me out for 30 minutes on a "throttle". Pure garbage. Better to just suck it up and walk. Luckily I don't live in Airdrie and just needed this service once. Airdrie's citizens, you should demand more of your municipal government than this cost saving garbage to save $140k a year vs fixed routes while the government wastes it on something else.

"Our service is in high demand in this area" it's always this I plan a day ahead, and it's always that. I paid for a pass, and I don't even get to use it, this app is useless and when I do get a ride nobody is in the bus, so they always have space.
