I am unable to connect my phone to my thermostat. At one point in that process it tells me to go to my network settings and look for Aprilxxxxxxx as a network. I never see it on my android or my wifes Apple phone (with that software). I downloaded this app, and it tells me to stand by the unit while it tests the network when it gets to the end of the test the phone crashes and reboots.
