I want to raise a complaint about the app I've been using this app for years now to pay my kahramaa bills but since last month I can't pay my bill when I fill the information that requires I get a pop-up notification saying "you have either provided an invalid QID / company registration number or incorrect kahramaa bill number" my QID valid and the kahramaa bill number is also correct. Can you please solve this issue? Thanks.

This is really one of the worst banking apps I've come across-- the user interface is horrible, and the whole app is laggy. Numerous log in problems as well due to system issues, and when you call customer service, they tell you that there is no issue from their end, so you are left hanging there trying to work with an application that is no better than a MySpace page. I am changing my bank. I suggest you do not rely on this app for banking.

I had Al Rayan Bank app working for years. All of a sudden it says "this app is no longer compatible with your device" so I must update. I tried to update on play store and I kept getting same message, Why? I couldn't access my account, so I deleted it. Now I see no updated version in the store and am left with no online access to my bank account. This is very poor.
