I highly recommend this app for the hearing impaired & to those who are deaf. Especially when the dispatch phone lines are busy or being on hold too long. I enjoy the map tracking & the info about the taxi driver & cab number. If you can make an option to be able to update my Gmail & phone number, would it be a 5-star app. Especially when putting the password in manually all the time. I'm tired of using the "forgot my password" option because the password manager isn't allowed by the app.

The app is always crashing or freezing, doesn't let you know you ordered a cab twice, but the app is pretty good with providing a spinning circle that doesn't go away. The gps is also a delight... The app creates more work and hassle than it takes to call dispatch.

Cant get the app to find my location, nor will it allow me to update my pickup address. Used to work well the first few times, now a nightmare to use.
