Multiple issues -Transaction history is not sorted by date, and displays the trx date randomly which is very confusing -Transfer wallet to wallet within inma pay is disabled for visitor flow -You cannot extract statement or transactions from the app

Customer service don't have any useful information to share or help on inquiries, they take there fees if they do the service or not, so if transfer is not done they still take there fees

My complaint regarding the refund was filed on June 22, 2026, and this has been the worst experience I have ever had with Alipay. If I could go back to the time when my employer was helping me open and set up my Alina account, I would tell myself not to do it because Alipay has been completely disappointing. My hard-earned money has been stuck for so long—money that was supposed to be sent to and used by my family. I have already submitted all the documents they required from me

The worst banking app I had. Don't be deceived with the high exchange rate. I created an account and added money, but unfortunately I can't send it, there's an error in my wallet. Called customer support, waited too long to connect and ended up with an answer "I don't speak english, somebody will call you today" but no one called. Called several times and still, I only need to activate my wallet, but it took forever for them to do it. They allow inbound but not outbound.
