Very bad . They locked my account even before I open it, can't change password, or you will keep changing it until the end of your life, then they will ask you again to change the password

Very bugged and crashing every second, the problem you should register with no stop or thinking you should be fast, if a second passed and the app closed somehow, say goodbye you won't ever be able to open an account, the email they add in the support is invalid like they are scammers (knowing they are not) even phone numbers you can't talk to a real person to help you in your problem, and if you tried to open new account from your ID it's too late, you can't. My rate to it 0.5/10

Bad experience from customer service. My debit card not activate customer care. Only speek arabic option. Bad customer service 😑 😒
