★★★★★ Wish I could stay on the page for updates. It used to show how far away the driver was. Updates don't stay visible.
★★★★★ This is the only cab company in Mississauga I use now. I take taxis often and can only recall once where the driver wasn't on time, one out of like 1,000 that's unbelievable and really unheard of with other cab companys. Especially (Blue and White) I've had times when the driver from blue and white doesn't even show up and I would be late for important meetings/interviews. Not cool. I WOULD definitely recommend All Star taxi to other taxi users 😊
★★☆☆☆ 1. No 1 minute increments, the drivers will hate you for that. 2. Cannot clean up finished bookings. 3. Cannot re-book previous trips and have to re-type the instructions. 4. Too lengthy navigation to tracking my cab.
★★☆☆☆ The code sent to verify was not accepted. Now the app is useless. I will continue to use All stars because they do everything else exceptionally well. Disappointed in the app.
★★☆☆☆ Most of the drivers are friendly, that being said dispatch is horrible. The business is a joke. I have booked taxis in advance numerous times to go to work and several occasions the taxi has not shown up for the scheduled time. The dispatcher cannot be bothered to call and tell you your taxi going to be late or tell you they have no cars available in advance. So why is All Star taking Advance bookings. It's 2019 you better step up your game, or you're going to be extinct like the dinosaur.
