Everything I wanted in a home automation system and then some. Customer support is top tier! My only complaint is that there's no option to activate a scene when a physical smart switch is turned on. Each item must be added under rules individually.

App and devices won't sync. Also, router is stuck on wrong time by a few hours, so any rules won't work correctly, and it will not let you change the time. Device is on and app says it is off, so you can't turn the item off with the app

Can't even start up my router because it requires you to log in to this app to finish the setup wizard. But the app says "Can't connect" even though my internet is fine.
