★★☆☆☆ The worst app ever. It makes you want just to close everything you have at Alpha Bank the password expires...you always have to change it...it does not accept previous passwords...it requires you to always fill captcha codes which makes no difference betwee zero and letter O. If you forget the password, and you want to change it it asks you the old password ? What ??? It requires confirmation after confirmation. It is horror !

★★☆☆☆ Difficult to log in. It asks to change you pass, and then you cannot log in using your fingerprint. I only use the app for 1 min a month but I need 10 mins to log in

★★☆☆☆ I'm really hoping Alpha will start streamlining their digital services. Having to use 4 apps for basic banking is quite inconvenient. It seems unnecessary in today's world when other banks manage with just one. Besides the fact that Alpha e-statements is useless, it needs to change the password too often, update transaction details very slowly and don't function without VPN while abroad. Banking shouldn't feel so fragmented.
