It didn't open instead it put me in a web page and tell me that the app source is not trusted and the app just crashes edit-it appears that the problem from me the app is protected so rooted phones or there is low security on drugging enable etc. They block the app and tell you that the phone is unsecured

It keeps telling me that the username or the password is wrong no matter how many times I change the password, and it crashes every time I try to change the username. I'm stuck in a vicious loop and can't get it done. "Update" I can now log in using my fingerprint, and the problem has perfectly solved. Thanks for working on the feedback.
