I use this cab company all the time. I can prebook it, pay on the app or pay cash in the car. Every time I asked for a cab they came within a couple of minutes or 10-15 minutes. The pricing is good compared to other cabs as they don't charge customers too much but the right amount. Also, the drivers are always very nice.

They try and charge different to what the fair says on their and your device! Apparently you can also pay by card but no cab seems to know about being able to do this and want to hear abuse at you even though you've paid for the cab already!

UNRELIABLE DRIVERS. Made advance bookings twice to take me to Dagenham East for work purpose.; the drivers couldn't locate the address twice which made me late for work. I complained to the receptionist, but the same situation repeated itself.

This company's staff is useless. The app was showing 10 mins for my cab. But been waiting more than 30 mins, and when I called them they said They can't do magic, it is what it is. Tf! 1 star is too much. But I do appreciate the cab driver for apologizing.
