This app is waste, after many times the otp has not received, I request to the lazy authority to improve the application or removed it as your incompetent

The app is made only for payment and money taking scam. The complainant section is a joke. You can write your complaint and give photos but submit button doesn't work. While the submit button for payment works just fine. Which means they do have a database for payment but not for complaints. Nor do they track them. There is no sweeping, no drain cleaning, and the garbage truck rushes like it's racing and doesn't pick from any location. The people have put garbage inside the truck. Such Scam!!

I have registered a grievance from Kenosha Municipality, but the app is not registering the grievance. The reason provided is "Selected location falls outside ULB Boundary", but the location is 500 meters from the Kenosha Collect orate. Is it not for Kenosha district?
