Doesn't launch. Continuously crashes. -- Edit -- Developer needs to make it clear that the app can only be installed on one device, and that to set it up on a new device, you first have to remove the original device from your account.

Keep asking to update or close. Already latest version, how to use? Why keep saying my OS is V12 whereas my OS already V14. Really fed up.

Not friendly app, we already log out but still cannot log in just inform another phone log in. another problem for activate token, cannot use same phone to activate maker and another owner with the same phone. Normally other bank upgrade easier but Embank app just upgrade more problem

It's been days the apps couldn't be opened and yet no any updates. It says android V12 and below are unable to use, but current using android V14. Token couldn't be moved transaction couldn't approve. Please update the app ASAP
