Terrible experience. My order never arrived, tracking stuck for over a month, and customer service is useless — chat doesn’t work, messages disappear, and they promise refunds that never happen. Go to AliExpress or Temu instead — better prices, real tracking, and you actually get what you pay for. Don’t waste your money here.

This is the worst experience I have ever had. My other never moved from CH, they did not refund me and the "Customer Service" is useless and unprofessional. 23 dollars stolen, unbelievable from Amazon, but it is true, is a platform used to steal.
