I have had the worst day trying to place an order on this app it keeps telling me to confirm my order then go back into the cart and when I confirm the order it's state that the order was not pleased I tried to do it multiple times, and it's not working I would not advise anyone to use this app because it's a waste of Time

Terrible experience. My order never arrived, tracking stuck for over a month, and customer service is useless — chat doesn’t work, messages disappear, and they promise refunds that never happen. Go to AliExpress or Temu instead — better prices, real tracking, and you actually get what you pay for. Don’t waste your money here.

This is the worst experience I have ever had. My other never moved from CH, they did not refund me and the "Customer Service" is useless and unprofessional. 23 dollars stolen, unbelievable from Amazon, but it is true, is a platform used to steal.
