App is too laggy and many features missing, # unable to enter parcel ID manually. # unable to search correct orders via scan. # flashlight always on, so high battery use. # total delivery count and left orders count is not showing. Please fix these issues.

When we scan for confirmation of delivery... this app asks for OTP. And the buyer never gives otp, and so we are unable to confirm delivery on this app. Shipment is delivered... but app asks for OTP. But buyer register mobile no is not available and sometime not reachable. If some times receive call but due to heavy cyber crime going on in India... buyer refuse to give otp. Our all orders are prepaid, so we deliver all orders. Please look into this matter and allow us to deliver without otp
