★★★★★ I LOVE ❤️ AMERICAN FIRST CREDIT UNION I CAN WATCH OVER MY MONEY 🤑, PUT SOME IN SAVINGS IF I WANT TO OR NOT, MAKE SURE KNOW ONE IS TAKEN MY MONEY, (THE ONLY PART I HATE IS WHEN THE BANKING MOBILE APP STARTS MESSING UP BADLY OR WHEN I AM TRYING TO GET INTO IT AFTER I JUST LEFT THE BANK IT WON'T LET ME INTO MY ACCOUNT) BUT IT DOES LET ME IN LATER ON ......... SO THANK U SO MUCH FOR THE BANKING MOBILE APP ......THIS HELPS ME OUT A LOT .....

★★☆☆☆ Bill pay is no longer available on the app since the latest update. I was on hold for over an hour yesterday and never got to speak to anyone. The website allows bill pay, but it's extremely difficult to see and navigate, and it doesn't show my upcoming bills added into a total like the app used to. I like being able to see all the accounts I'm a joint owner of, but I need bill pay back.

★★☆☆☆ 2023 Since the most recent update the app is totally unusable. I cannot even view my accounts. They simply don't show up under the account tab. I wasn't even offered a walkthrough up on logging in, so if I need to unlock them somehow, I have no idea how. I'm just going to uninstall. Hopefully the website didn't get the same treatment, or I may have to switch credit unions. Pity, because I used to really like this one.
