I freaking love my Amplify, which I've had for years now, and NEVER ONCE had to muck about to get something to work.

Used to be able to control remotely when away from home but now cannot since update even if remote access is enabled on app. Have to sign in via Google now for remote access, but that setting is buried deep somewhere. Why are Amalfi and ubiquity websites separate? Confusing mess. Also, the ubiquity website is useless for help or settings. Stick with a reliable easy to navigate company like Asus.

Can't create a new account. Only option is to log in with Facebook, Google or Amplify. Only wants to connect to Amplify devices (not mine). You have to give it permissions to connect to Wi-Fi, Bluetooth AND device location before you can even get past the first part of the app. Total garbage!

I deleted my 5-star review. All went well for about a month after buying Alien router mesh system. Now it's 3 months, and it is a total disaster first with the router and now the app. Cox has been here numerous times. New modems twice. Speed holds for anywhere from 15 min to a few hours or if lucky a fe days. Spent hours with Amplify support. No change. Then an hour later the speed was normal again... I wasn't even in my office when that happened. On my own I did a factory reset. Now app won't wor
