I paid for next day shipping, and it came a day late. It's a small inconvenience but an honest experience. The product, however, is everything I wanted it to be. My home network was a mess which is embarrassing for someone working in IT. The Cloud Max gives me all the access and ability I am used to in an enterprise environment in one easy to use app. The Unify ecosystem makes adding devices easy enough for a novice but informative enough for a network admin. I'm looking forward to expanding.

Best router software environment I've ever seen. I just wish their Wi-Fi range was better by default, and they had more powerful antennas, like expensive Asus routers with 8 antennas and 4x4 MU-MIMO.

No search function in the app in spite of how many settings there are and my Unify Dream Router 7 lasted maybe 6 months before it started running into significant connectivity problems. Sadly have to replace it at this point.

The app works, but the recent update changes the live throughput and now doesn't seem as accurate also goes for a bar design instead of the much better line which looked like it updated more often and just looked cooler also on the live through put mine now doesn't seem to be pulling it through collectly I have tested this, and it's not showing right also sometimes it just stops the live throughput even though it's clearly downloading the logging graph doesn't work, as this has been disabled....

Such BS with all these companies requiring sharing our info in order to use their apps! Why can't I just use the app for the equipment I purchased without ad tracking and sharing identifiable info to give to third parties?! I can't even decline because the app just closes. In other words you MUST share your info in order to use this app. You might be able to opt out - but it's a VERY inconvenient process as opposed to simply NOT having me required to optin then optout later.

It doesn't work when I have no internet - should work inside the same local network over Wi-Fi.
