Direct connecting has major issues. Slow information update, if it updates at all. If you don't do direct connecting then everything works. I would assume direct would be faster with zero issues. Something is very wrong, and they don't fix it. Been like this for a very long time.

In order to set up the Wi-Fi Access point I had to accept a privacy policy that states it will provide 'anonymized' usage information to third parties. Won't be purchasing from this company again.

For the most part useless. Followed product paper instructions to use this app to set up an unify device. Completely useless.

This app used to be so smooth but something changed in the last couple of months now screens take forever to load, I get slow network errors, we're talking 30s-2mins to load a screen. Appears to be random, I'll leave a page in settings, go back to the same settings page, hangs. Killing the app sometimes helps. Something seems to be broken somewhere.
