Ubiquity has no comparison. Although this isn't as plug and play as most routers, it's leagues better. Once you do the setup, which ubiquitous app makes very easy, you will notice just how superior this router is. And the ubiquity software is just flat out amazing. Top-notch for sure! You DEFINITELY get what you pay for. Now that I've used ubiquity everything else just feels cheap. I have COMPLETE control of my network.

Best router software environment I've ever seen. I just wish their Wi-Fi range was better by default, and they had more powerful antennas, like expensive Asus routers with 8 antennas and 4x4 MU-MIMO.

App silently signs you out, and then throws connection errors instead of printing to log in, and it's your job to figure out the fact you've been signed out

Such BS with all these companies requiring sharing our info in order to use their apps! Why can't I just use the app for the equipment I purchased without ad tracking and sharing identifiable info to give to third parties?! I can't even decline because the app just closes. In other words you MUST share your info in order to use this app. You might be able to opt out - but it's a VERY inconvenient process as opposed to simply NOT having me required to optin then optout later.

The latest update seemed to break MAC filtering on Wi-Fi networks. If you use the mobile app to disable MAC filtering, as in you are adding a new device, so you need the network open for a moment, as soon as you disable it, the list gets deleted. When you reactivate it, the list is empty now, and you have to add all of your MAC addresses back in manually. Hopefully you had a list of them somewhere else. MAC filtering still disables properly from the web version, but no longer the app.

The app works, but the recent update changes the live throughput and now doesn't seem as accurate also goes for a bar design instead of the much better line which looked like it updated more often and just looked cooler also on the live through put mine now doesn't seem to be pulling it through collectly I have tested this, and it's not showing right also sometimes it just stops the live throughput even though it's clearly downloading the logging graph doesn't work, as this has been disabled....
