What's the point of the app if it constantly showing "Oops something went wrong" when trying to pay bills with it. It used to work when I first install it. But then... Oops something went wrong and you did it again!

Terrible apps that couldn't solve the user issue. Keep error for adding account and live chat irresponsive. Only actively chase for payment but do nothing on enhancement.

Too heavily rely on bot. No matter how you request for a live agent chat, it's still circle back to the bot. Very un-uaer friendly.

Update after 2 months commenting, still same --> apps is ok, but every month needs to update.come on unify we don't need to update the apps every month. Just to see bill and do payment ... other utility apps providing better experience and only need to update occasionally.
