MyUnifi can view only one prepaid line. Unify Universe can view multiple prepaid lines. Why are you forcing users to change to the MyUnifi app when the Unify Universe app is working fine? This is annoying. P/s: i log in myunifi app with my email address.

I am extremely disappointed with Unify’s response regarding the ongoing breakdown of my Unify service in Tampin, Negeri Serbian. The service has been down for almost one week, yet the response from the Unify representative at the Tampin store is that there is no technical team available in the area. Is Tampin located at the end of the world? Why is there no technical team available to attend to a customer’s service breakdown? It is unacceptable for customers to be left without support.
