EvCharge - absolutely useless. The App is to busy signing you up for marketing and communication to actually do what It's supposed to do - Charge your car!. Could not add payment method to start charging and no other way to get around it. Support is useless, not in Australia and no idea. There were no vehicles at Am pol Green acre which had 2 charging points. The only reason I was there was because the BP I normally use (2 and 4 charging points) Was taken with 6 vehicles.

Releasing updates in such a way that the app crashes when trying to use it, and I have to update while stuck at the station is not a wise move, Am pol! What's worse, it still doesn't work after the update! If you want us to pay via the app, Am pol, then please get your act together! Update 10 Feb 2026: This app is so bad now it won't even let me sign in. Very, very inconvenient right now, when I try to sign in the app just sits there whizzing around but never actually does anything.

West Ryde Am pol told me this won't work, pretty useless if this app only works on certain stations.
