It works for a single purpose: update the headset firmware. That cannot be done through a computer (why not Anker?.) Use it once, uninstall 10 minutes later.

Unable to even load the app. Crashes immediately on a Pixel 8 Pro. There's also a Powerconf desktop software. Why can't firmware updates be done through that. Why limit firmware updates to a phone app?

I thought this and having an online account would allow me to see my anker webcam on py pc through this app etc ... Unfortunately there is no such functionality and the software is only for connecting anker products to android
