Best taxi firm in Wassail! Was booking a taxi over the phone however I was recommended to use the app, and I've never looked back. Easy to use and no hassle trying to get in contact with the firm. Also, way better than Uber you can pay both cash and card through the app which is brilliant. Drivers are friendly and cars are always clean. Thank you App Carz!!

I've used app cars now for years even before they are app cars, the whole point is in the name. Today I waited 30 mins for my taxi, and I was so close to loosing my important appointment which is I did I would have been sent back to my gp and waited another year for the appointment again. I wasn't happy and when explain to the driver he said" most drivers don't take the bookings paying by card we have to pay rent, that's why it took so long"....... hmmmmm sure okay yh 🙄

Why is it I am charged £1.01 and I haven't yet book a trip with you Guys? All I do is download the app, and set up my card details, so I can just book when I'm ready. Why the charge, and what is it for?
