★★★★★ This is reputable company. Granted, you pay for their services, but it's a CT co., so put your money back into CT, and also they are the largest taxi Co. in the state. You won't be taking a bus, or transferring multiple times, and you will get where you are going anywhere in the state.

★★☆☆☆ When I started using the app, it was fine, but now they took more than 30 minutes to send a cab. They need to hire more people

★★☆☆☆ They have too many people that are foreigners working for them that don't speak good English you got to get a job learn to open your mouth and speak with English
