Very customizable, but relies on to gestures too much, resulting in very small UI components and requiring gestures for everything. Some people will love it and enjoy it, while the gestures might be frustrating for others. Good app but not for everyone.

I've used a few different lemmy apps and this is always the one I come back to and love the most. When my last instance closed I was super sad that Voyager was not available for the new instance. Thankfully, the dev is a rock star and made my month! Soon as I can, I'm going to donate cause the quality and features provided by this app cannot be justified by a blank price tag. It's simply too good to entertain the thought of it not existing now or in the future!

Signed me out, for no reason and now I can't sign back in because they added a captcha that is unreadable to the login. Why is there even a captcha on an app login in the first place?

When I go to create an account, it just says 'invalid password', but doesn't tell me the password requirements. I don't know if this is a Lemmy thing or an issue with the App, but stuff like this is why federated internet will never take off. Can't even create an account.

Great until a bubble with a 1 appeared over my settings icon. It won't go away, there's no indication whatsoever what it's there for, incredibly poor design, not to mention it's completely damn pointless nagging rubbish even if it was clear what it was for. I don't ever need a notification bubble on my settings button. Sort yourself out.

Looks fine, but I hate swipe actions. Currently, (January 2024), swipe is not only the default way to vote on comments, it appears to be the only way (as I found no option to disable this in the settings, and found no option to add vote buttons).

Absolutely terrible for administering anything. You cannot even sign out or deal with other accounts, for something federated. Sure, it can look and work like some nice Reddit apps, but you cannot leverage basically anything about lemmy's federated nature. Garbage trying to be Reddit instead of something better than Reddit.
