Description by APsystems(from Google Play)
APsystems introduces the EMA Manager app, a new app to manage APsystems microinverter system commissioning, monitoring and troubleshooting. Installers can now enhance their customers service capabilities anywhere, anytime via their smartphone or tablet. This app conveniently streamlines monitored system installation while providing installers with many new and improved features for remote site management.
Benefit from all existing features available in the EMA web portal on your smartphone or tablet using a single sign-in. Real-time systems check, diagnostics capabilities and troubleshooting are now coming to your hands with the EMA Manager App. This new app, available on Google Play which also includes a revamped ECU_APP, provides additional features including, ECU and microinverter connectivity, energy production, system troubleshooting, and full site configuration and monitoring capability without the need to be on-site.
Included in the new app are installer-specific statistics, including total number of customers, inverters installed, and total energy produced which provides installers with valuable information as well as a unique selling tool to showcase their environmental impact.
The new app is being introduced as APsystems has recently surpassed 100,000 registered installations in more than 120 countries on its EMA platform. As APsystems’ footprint continues to grow worldwide, this app redefines ease of solar inverter installation just as APsystems has redefined simplicity and convenience in its easy-to-install inverter platform.

Simple app, thought difficult to go quickly to ECU meter readings or set that as standard

This is less about the app then the customer service I received. I called in to the USA tech support team about some inverters that were not functioning. I talked to Jared, and he went above and beyond in getting everything sorted out for me and providing me with the information I needed and answering all my questions. He was knowledgeable, professional and prompt. Thank you for the awesome service, Jared!

Since last update, July 19th, historical data is not available. App crashes when trying to access 'Data' tab
★☆☆☆☆Cole Furman· Feb 27, 2024
"Device not found. Search again" endlessly even though the ecm is plugged into Ethernet, im on its Wi-Fi or my local Wi-Fi, and I can acess it perfectly via a web browser. Useless app. Same as the end user version of this app.
★☆☆☆☆Kili Akua· Sep 2, 2022
The app interface doesn't scale to fit my phone screen. I can only see half of any page. Looks like I've zoomed in on it, but can't zoom out. Frustrating.
★☆☆☆☆Chris Zzz· Dec 8, 2022
My system is functioning perfectly, .but the app says it's producing 0. The icons can not be rearranged to resemble the actual solar array. A call to the "Customer Service" number just has a recording to open a help ticket online. The reply so far has been only crickets chirping. No more AP systems for me. It's only half-baked.
★☆☆☆☆Dan Vikström· Apr 16, 2023
This is an excellent example if how to NOT do things. Nothing seems to work properly and the documentation is unhelpful to say the least. The local hotspot built into the device has a default password. If you try to change it the hotspot doesn't start up anymore, and you're forced to do a factory reset to recover.
