It took installation almost a year due to ignorance of the installation company. Once operating system successfully I love viewing how wonderful it is and how my Electricity bill is now $0.00 instead of $285.00 per month average. And now I pay only $204/month tword a 10yr purchase plan of my Solar System. I sold myself the system to avoid thousands of dollars the sales representative wanted

Says no Internet when connected over Wi-Fi. Not the AP mode but over the same Wi-Fi network. Also disconnect doesn't work in this mode.

Please add IEEE 1547 default 2015 grid profile for Guam, IQ8 series including iq batteries will not produce power if you use GUAM grid profile.

The app refuses to open local cites. A constant cite not found keeps on poping up. How can I comision if I can't communicate with the cite? Everything was working fine with original app. What can I do?

App has always been working just fine until a couple of weeks to a month or 2 ago. Now I can't connect with any envoy it just endlessly cycles but no connection. I've called En phase support, but they claim it's my phone and not the Toolkit. I hope En phase can manage to fix the issue.

Not sure how this passes qc. Scanning asking for a scan it licenses. Avg 7 times connecting to envoy Wi-Fi direct. Incorrect info showing from inverters i.e. showing producing when it's dark when connected directly to gateway. Multiple errors when doing anything. Tried multiple phones same. Scanning doesn't work on iOS at all. Also, when you hit then ip of the envoy on local network it only has useless info. Old units used to give useful info like oh I don't know how much the system is producing.

Charging over 150 Euro to transfer ownership.... What in your right mind are you doing. We stopped installing En phase some time ago. There alternatives that are much cheaper and are able to support the larger PV panels. En phase is a technically good product, but way too expensive. We have switched to another brand that offers a similar level of technical rigidness but at "half" price. Sorry En phase... Done!
