★★☆☆☆ Doesn't update every 15 minutes when connected to Wi-Fi. I switched from cellular to Wi-Fi which is supposed to be every 15 minutes, but instead it was using my mobile data anyway. Had to change settings on my phone for the app. But it's not updating every 15 minutes. Last update was 12 hours ago and my Wi-Fi connection is fine. When I go to check the device in the app it shows it updated 4 minutes ago, but this does not reflect on the status page.

★★☆☆☆ The week and month screens show that I used more than I produced AND I produced more than I used each day. Impossible! But I love the live status... fix the weekly and monthly graphs and I will give 5 stars. And they continue to email me with a response to a different question than I ask. I continue to email and get replies that are generic from Mohit Pandey like it is a bot. Noone cares about the grid dependence percentage rating... fix the graphs. Renew

★★☆☆☆ There is serious issue with this app. It reports offline most of the time, and you need to stop app and again start app to check status. Refresh does not work. This is serious flaw in the app. En phase needs to fix this issue.

★★☆☆☆ Don't know who to blame the equipment or the installer, they put the blame on each other. The whole thing is overrated; feel like I've been scammed. The system is barely putting a dent in my PG&e bill.
