I have had the solar panels and app for 3 years. Very happy with both EXCEPT: my net metering runs from Sept to Sept. When I try to monitor my usage during that time period, the custom time range only lets me go back 100 days. Please change this, so a customer can set a custom time period up to a year in length.

My solar system has been up and running for 4 months now. The En phase Enlighten app is very useful and helpful in keeping track of my system, and it's energy production. Update 6/24/26. Over the last 6 weeks or so the live status and 6 hour updates of the energy consumption/production have been wonky. Often doesn't update regularly. I have no Internet so use a cellular modem. My local installer and En phase have tried to assist and while there are some improvements it's not as good as previously.

This app is a huge disappointment. I won't be buying another En phase system in the future.

App will not connect to my home Wi-Fi network. It connects to the gateway with no problem. The next step is to scan networks. This fails. My phone is running Android 16 and has successfully connected to many devices.

Not functional and will not save the rates. Red earth energy have peak, off-peak and shoulder which you can input but your software, but it advises usingbthe second park rates may optimize the system properl. We don't have any peak rates on weekends, but system won't allow a zero entry or not filling in the space for peak. They also have now time period and diffent rates for solar and different rates for surplus. If operating in australia your system needs to function in that environment
