The En phase Enlighten app works well most of the time, but sometimes shows odd behavior of the system, like exporting solar energy to the grid before our storage batteries are fully charged.

Nice to be able to see what I am producing in the system. Hoping it wipes out my power bill as was designed. But time will tell. So far I can see it making a difference. I don't trust the new digital meters to tell the truth though, but we will see. But the app seems to be stable at least but a faster update on power production would be nice. My solar production doesn't seem to be like it was. Seem to be losing 10kw a day on sunny days for a system is just 6 years old.

Liked the app when you could see what was produced, imported and exported. Now can only see what is produced. Please return the options.

Slow, unreliable, poorly designed. Additionally, enface continues to practice consumer and product owner antagonistic behavior. Closing API access to battery profiles and requiring app usage for a system I own is pathetic.

Garbage Products, Garbage App. Bought a home with En phase system, and they ask for $200 to" transfer ownership" as if you don't already own the thing you bought. Then the gateway bricked itself. Then the new gateway fails to connect. No one is answering my live chat request. I'm about to rip this system off and launch it at their office with a catapult. Pure corporate greed and manufactured e-waste.

I cannot get the Wi-Fi changed to check the statistics of our panels. I get the run around when calling for help. Even my tech-savvy son-in-law could not get it to change. I wish we had never gotten these.
