Although I can get basic information from this app, it offers no way for me to customize things, so I can analyze things MY way. If I could download real-time data to a spreadsheet, I could analyze and graph however I want. Summary: the app is pretty minimalist.

I have had the solar panels and app for 3 years. Very happy with both EXCEPT: my net metering runs from Sept to Sept. When I try to monitor my usage during that time period, the custom time range only lets me go back 100 days. Please change this, so a customer can set a custom time period up to a year in length.

The app is accurate, but displays data in your phone memory (cache). Real time data is extremely slow, sometimes lagging behind several minutes. Some data (like state of charge isn't updated until you view the batteries directly. Most settings of your system are not available, which are controlled by En phase remotely (India). This fact is not disclosed, even after you pay $97,000 for a system. EDIT 6-1-26 : Reduced to 1 star. Your system can be handicapped via software. Do not buy enface.

Useful and generally well-made, although I can't see my array panels anymore. Update to rating. Changed my Wi-Fi password to be more secure. Turns out Enlighten won't accept most special characters for the Wi-Fi's password: #, $,&, %,+, =, and / among others. That is a ridiculous restriction. This gets 1 star until they fix that.

Changed my Wi-Fi provider and couldn't give my gateway a new password. Spent 30 minutes with tech support, they couldn't get it to work either. Enphase sent an email suggesting I upgrade my gateway for $900.

I have enface enlighten app v. 4.6.1, and it doesn't show my home consumption. Nowhere on app does it say "consumption". How do I find out 'consumption" in the app?
