Balance alerts are not timely at all. I usually get them 24-48 hours after it's too late. When they do get sent, I get 3 of the same alerts in a row...like it's mocking me 🤔

It's literally a copy and paste of the same app that Advil Credit Union has been using for years, with features that Arbor members have been asking for years with no response. Also, there are several text clipping/sizing issues that make it difficult to read. It also took three weeks for the app to be released after implementation, so I wouldn't expect any future issues to be fixed in a timely manner.

Very confusing, alerts are missing information and difficult to select which ones to use. Card locking is too slow to access and confusing. Much preferred the old card app. Also missing the Quick balance feature.
