It works. Allows me to disarm before entering since my garage door is slow to open, so I frequently missed the count-down of the pin pad. Also, my phone makes a noise if my home alarm goes off, which is cool. Only minor niggle I have is that my alarm has 2 stay modes (with count down/without count down) and I am unsure which one is activated if I do it through the app, or how to change it for that matter.

Experienced connection issues when opening the App. I left a comment on the App that I was not happy with the slow response. Next day, Dirk from Arm ME contacted me and gave advice. Fault was NOT the App, the radio transmitter connected to my IDS X64 was at fault. After my security company replaced the radio transmitter, the App worked perfectly. The response of the App is very fast, and I am super happy!! Kudos to Dirk for his immediate response!

Simple to use and works very well for on the fly arm and disarm of the alarm. Just curious, will the app continue work even if I cancel with my armed response company?

It does not work anymore. Can not arm or disarm my alarm. Can not even bypass zones anymore. It says offline when I log in. I don't Understand why this app even is an option for alarms because it does not work anymore

App is not working properly after update. Difficulty in arming and disarming the sensors on the app. Never had this issue previously.
