Great app, however. I would like notifications with sound when the alarm is activated, armed or disarmed. A big gate button on the home page would also be nice

The app works fine. But please add a panic button on the app for home users. If possible, make it possible to set up the different stay alarm from the app. Without the need to call a technician

Why is it that the app doesn't save the zone pictures anymore. You take the picture per zone, save it as per usual, close the app and upon re-opening the picture file is completely lost. Somewhere, something went wrong. It has been 7 days since I experienced a problem with the as per above. Since then a gentleman has contacted me and inquired about the problem. Unfortunately I never noted his name. The problem has been sorted out with the last update. Well done. You deserve your 5 stars.

Experienced connection issues when opening the App. I left a comment on the App that I was not happy with the slow response. Next day, Dirk from Arm ME contacted me and gave advice. Fault was NOT the App, the radio transmitter connected to my IDS X64 was at fault. After my security company replaced the radio transmitter, the App worked perfectly. The response of the App is very fast, and I am super happy!! Kudos to Dirk for his immediate response!

App is not working properly after update. Difficulty in arming and disarming the sensors on the app. Never had this issue previously.

Can only arm not disarm, and I get an error code. Sometimes it says armed but if the alarm is triggered then it makes my panel go dormant. And there's nothing I can do about it when I'm away!
