This app freezes up so much it's essentially unusable. Every single time I try to change something or hit any option it freezes. Does it on both mine and my wife's phones. 0/5.

After the app says the device is connected to my Wi-Fi, it then says connect to a device. As though it never connected.

Works horribly with Android. Every time I click on an event, it reloads the device page or crashes. Also, when trying to add the device on Android, it will not complete the setup. It works great on my husband's iPhone, however. Everything in the iPhone worked like it should, including the setup.

Great products but terrible tech. Worked with cs for +2 months - tried Android, iPhone, and different network. The device loads to the app, but the app can't control the device. Sadly, left with a "dumb" device and am I waiting for improvements to the tech.

The app keeps closing, and it is confusing because I can't get it to save any changes made, and it doesn't appear like it is made a good connection to the internet even though it does show the aroma retail professional device
