Please have the admin check the app. I've tried adding my diffuser, but the entire screen is not showing to do so. I've changed my font n zoom settings, and I still can't view the entire app screen. My other apps show up fine. Thanks.

During the "Add Device" part, device infinitely tries to connect to my Wi-Fi with no follow-up of fail or connected. So completely unable to add any device. Also, much of the text is 'white' with a white background. So unable to read at all. Quite simply, app is completely useless, and I have to manually adjust settings directly on my unit.

If this could be rated a 0 it should be. This app is just garbage. Whoever wrote this needs to go back to programming school. The OTP never comes through. It defaults to a capital letter in the username and password field, so you have to be paying attention unless your password starts with a capital letter. The original app wasn't much better but at least you could log in and somewhat use it even though most of the time it didn't do what you asked it to.

The reason there are no other ratings is that it. Just. Doesn't. Work. I've had the old app for over a year - it's awful. Started getting a message from the old app calling it "legacy" with no other information related to a new app. Came here on a whim and found a new app. It forces a pw update that requires an OTP. The OTP never comes. Unsurprisingly, like the old app, the new app is terrible.
