Horrible! App doesn't work at all. Cannot even connect to the Wi-Fi or the diffuser. The diffuser and the scents are way too expensive for something that doesn't even work that great. Nothing at all like they hype it up to be. I really wanted to love this. I spent so much money on it. The diffuser alone was about $1k and bottles of scents are over $100 each. My house should be bursting with these scents, but they don't.

It took a download explanation PLUSa YouTube video to explain how to set it up. Mine came with no instructions and was in-between changes, so it wasn't turned on with remote or use with Wi-Fi. The YouTube explanation is too fast since my machine doesn't want to beep half the time. It's just been an expensive waste of time and money and customer service is useless since they never answer the phone. I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy
