★★★★★ Great for remote operation and monitoring of the alarm system

★★★★★ Used for several compatible Crow Runner client systems in Greece. Worth this minimal cost of using it, but you pay once by connecting your various systems (work/ home etc.), one license - lot of systems. Still place to make improvements. Suggestions: 1. Need faster connection between system and cloud service. If you are used to click and click link thunder - WITHOUT WAITING SOME SECONDS - the state of your system - arm/ disarm/ stay arm will probably change without live response. Any user can make tests using it in front of the keyboard by checking the real state of the system while using the APP. Keep up the good work 2. Live feedback with push notifications for secondary events like arm/ disarm/ low battery/ ac loss etc. 3. Change the sound of the alarms Keep up the good work.

★★☆☆☆ I don't write reviews normally, but this app is very bad, Rubbish app, arm and disarm notifications are the same stupid sounds, and so is the actual activation of an alarm, no update for the last year or so I've been using it for. Don't bother installing their alarm system if you want to use your phone to monitor.

★★☆☆☆ Can't believe the amount being charged for this app, that hasn't been updated since 2017. Do not buy this alarm system.
