Can we please be told what is upgraded every time the app is updated to give us a choise if we want to update app or not and what has changed. I had some more features when I updated the app to have them taken away the next update. (Geo-fencing) and there seems to be updates quite often. Udated last week and now there is another update.

I subscribed to the app because my alarm panel is quite far away downstairs for me to arm and disarm when I'm upstairs. The app is frequently down, or non-responsive whenever I want to disarm in the morning. My site also disappears from the app. The UX should be improved. Example, there's no touch feedback when I press the arm or disarm button. Because of the frequent lags, sometimes I'm not sure if I've disarmed, and I'll press the button again to find the alarm arming.

The app is constantly needing to update itself. It logs out 80% of the time, and you only find this out when you need to set or unset the alarm. Not happy, but this is the only choice for now.

The app is rubbish, I have occasionally when I arm the alarm and then try to disarm the screen lock and can't do anything but reset the Wi-Fi network, and also it comes up key pad bus fail, not happy I'm paying for this service, the alarm works fine when you set it manually, is there a help line you can ring
