I'd give this app a zero if I was able to. Why my spouse is 'Primary' and her app is fully functional, and I am not even able to view claims, etc. speaks to a lack of planning and inefficiency on behalf of either ARTA, or the app designer, or both. Furthermore, when looking at my spouse's screen, our results are entirely different. Additionally, I have had ARTA coverage for several months, yet no claims show up on my app screen. I think this one needs a fair bit of work

Doesn't let me log in, even though I can log in on the website.

Though I can log in on my desktop, when I use the same credentials in the app, it keeps telling me they are wrong. 😡
